FA Cup holders Arsenal face WSL 1 rivals, and fellow Londoners, Chelsea in the quarter finals.
Elsewhere, Notts County were again drawn at home this time to WSL 2 side Aston Villa after disposing of Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur 4-0 in the fifth round.
Birmingham City will travel to Manchester City in another all WSL1 clash.
Charlton Athletic, the only third-tier side left in the draw, will face Everton who needed extra time to beat Bristol Academy on Tuesday night.
Everton, who were relegated to WSL 2 last season, were held 1-1 in normal time by Bristol who would have wanted anything but time added on after their 5-0 thrashing in the Champions League at the hands of Frankfurt FFC just 3 days prior.
The quarter final ties are to be played on Sunday 12 April, with the final scheduled for Saturday 01 August.
The final this year will be played at Wembley for the first time in the competition’s history.
The game will also be shown live on the BBC.
