Four players out of Euro 2017 qualifier

Four players have withdrawn from the England squad to face Estonia in their first Euro 2017 qualifier on September 21 due to injury.

Among those is Manchester City defender Lucy Bronze, Arsenal goalkeeper Siobhan Chamberlain and Chelsea winger Claire Rafferty who are all nursing knee injuries.

Arsenal’s Alex Scott has also been forced to withdraw from the trip to Tallin following a hamstring injury.

Bristol Academy goalkeeper Mary Earps has been called up for to replace the injured Chamberlain despite her side conceding the most goals in the WSL 1 so far.

Mark Sampson now has only 16 outfield players available with striker Toni Duggan already out of Monday’s clash with a season-ending ankle injury.
